I have a blog. Trinity sisters. Net
3 years old. Last year AMP errors made it dissapear from google. Totally gone. There were No errors on the site what so ever. Google simply made a mistake. The only way I could remove the errors was to remove the plugin Really Simple SSL!

Removed AMP pages with 301 redirs and the site came back in pos 50-80.

Have a similar blog tidlig-indsats.dk. Same theme. Same plugins and same hosting. Works perfect.

In every other sesrchengine Bing, Baidu, Yandex and 10 more the site ranks correctly in pos one for the main keyword in the URL.

But google says pos 50-80.

Specialists I talked to think Google is bugged.

I could sure use some ideas here...

There is no correct or incorrect position.

Google ranks pages differently than the others.

What does a keyword in the URL have to do with anything? Google doesn't give favorable rankings for having certain words in the domain - a change they made quite awhile ago.

As far as I know, Bing still rewards sites that have keywords in the domain. That might have something to do with it but I suspect there is a far bigger issue at play.

Keywords in the url are just an example. All keywords on the blog ranks bad - like the site has been punished.

I have worked on hundreds of blogs and websites and they All rank well for the most important keywords. Ther must be a reason why a lot of thin pages are ranked higher.

Question still remains. Two similar blogs. One is in, the other is out. But only in Google.

Like I said, it sounds like a far bigger issue is at play. Take note of the exact date the downturn began and I bet there was a fairly major algorithm change at that same time.

I'm pretty sure that both sites don't have the same exact link profile. That's always my first hunch - that a whole lot of links got devalued.

Finally, I have know clue what the first site is but your second one is a YMYL niche. The credibility of the content is ultra important to Google now with YMYL sites. Perhaps some of it is outdated or not attributed to a high enough authority on the matters posted.

If your site was completely optimized in terms of SEO, this issue could be originating from the CMS as well. Google is a powerful search engine with credible algorithms and bots, this might not be coming from where you think it is.
