How to take this off my Blog?

Please go to www.xpprinter.com and look at any of the posts on there. Below the post there is a huge list of tags. How can I get those tags and the "Be the first to comment" to be invisible or removed? I don't want them showing up.

I guess, do the tags matter as far as seo for the serps or are they solely for searching within the website itself? If its the latter, then I probably won't mess with them at all and won't bother putting them in.

    no, I don't. I pulled all the keywords from the Google Keyword Tool and pasted them into the tags section. I thought it was for seo purposes and thats why I did that. I just don't like to have a huge "tags" section under the post.
