use the $20 for articles and submit those articles to article directories and put your keyword phrase pointing to the single inner page of your website and that will surely bump the ranking after the articles have been approved.

Hmm .. for $20 you might do okay using Media buys. Either that, or pay someone to write a couple of articles for you and then submit them to some of the directories.

You can outsource backlinks too, but I don't know what you would get for 20 bucks.

If it were me though, I'd keep the $20 and build it up for now until a got a good bit of capital saved, and do the work I mentioned above.

Nir, I would go the article path, as noted above and make sure you get a solid long tail keyword that you use to get the most for your spend.. best of luck in your quest..

I agree on saving up a few more dollars and spending it on a good WSO. You can write a few articles yourself in an hour or two.

You can spend that money on social bookmarks. You can get 150-200 or even more for $20

You could buy an expiring domain with page rank (if you are patient and lucky you could get a PR2) and then use it for backlinks. You'd have to build a site on it, but it could give you some juice for a couple of pages instead of just 1.

sign up at articleranks, get some credits. Thats what i would do.
