Submitting multiple articles to the same article sites helps?

My understanding is that backlinks from the same IP address is ignored by google, so does it help submitting multiple articles to the same article sites such as Ezine.

After the backlinks in the first article is counted, wouldn't google ignore subsequent backlinks?

  • I have a couple of sites ranked on competitive terms with only links from EZA.

So I'd have to disagree, many say that each subsequent link has less impact though.

  • The other thing about EZA is that if you write a good article, it will get republished on other sites, giving you links from other blogs. I mostly use EZA to publicize my sites and it works very well. I put an occasional article on other sites just to give a little variety.
  • It sure does Timmy. Because "Smart" marketers are more concerned with driving real targeted traffic than just Search Engine results.

And Google RANKS PAGES so each article is a PAGE.

When you learn these simple principals the "Big Picture" becomes more readily apparent.
  • Threads asking how to do Article Marketing come up quite often here - so I have a standard reply - I hope this helps:

Two brilliant threads to read about article marketing are these:

    http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...eza-first.html

Read them both - all the way through - and take notes.

For further information I recommend the following directory - It is education in article marketing - a guide book and monthly newsletters - with a directory thrown in! You can read what Warriors think about it here:

also available as a WSO here:

I can also recommend the WSO's from this guy:

In particular this one - All people interested in article marketing should study this!

    • You do really need to concentrate on syndication. If you submit one article to article directory, it is not because you want to get one backlink from that article directory but it is to get hundred of related backlinks by syndication. If you have more articles then the greater is the number of syndication.

In order to get your articles syndicated, you have to make sure that your articles are very good quality, very well written.

  • Try to rewrite the articles before submitting it to various other sites. If you submit the same article on every site, it would be considered as copied.

    • Another ok idea, but not required. If this were true, I would host my competitors articles and then get them in troulbe for "copied" material. You cannot control who picks up your content and syndicates it throughout the web. I am not saying blast every article site, but too may people waste time on spinning. Good content is just that. It shouldn't need to be spun.
  • I too disagree with your words. Even i have also posted multiple of articles in Ezine. But I haven't shown such kind of error. Ezine article marketing is still one of the best ways to market online. Article marketing with ezines is a free for you and informative for the reader, best of all it's proven to yield great results.
  • Google will not ignore backlinks pointing to the same URL from multiple articles on any article network.
  • I am not sure if Google ignores them but having the same articles on multiple websites can not help your ranking as you expect. As i know, its better that you submit each article to only a limited number of article directories. It saves your time and gets you the same results you expect.
  • if you submit your article to a whole heap of directories Google's duplicate content filter will penalise your article and banish your site to the depths of oblivion.
