IPK & Google Instant

Hey guys,
Just uploaded a few sites using the IPK 2010 system and I wanted to ask you a few things:
1) Do you think it still gives results now with the new google instant? Is there a program to "fight" this or should we choose short keywords now?
2) My sites are placed between page 1 to 10+ so how come if I imply the same system on all, some get ranked page 1 and others on pages 5, 8, 10 and so on?
3) Does the new Neil course that should come out in November worth the buy after I know IPk?
4) Will more back linking now to my IPK sites should help them rank higher? Is there a way to get them rank higher after all on page SEO was done?
