SEO Spyglass only lets me analyze 3 sites every few hours...is it just me?

I'm running the free version of SEO Spyglass on some competitor's sites (each with over 1000 backlinks) and I check all of their backlinks for PageRank. But if I try again after 3 competitors are all checked (3000 PageRanks computed), the PageRanks are "computed" much more slowly, and when the analysis is all done, the PageRanks dont even show up!

Is this just me? Is this because I have the free version? What's going on?

    i think just b/c you have used free version. why don't you use IBP Rack to check that.

    You must change the time from requests, from settings. Google blocks your IP if you check very often the PR.

    It sounds like an issue with Google temp-blocking your IP for overuse. No biggie, but without proxies that is what happens.

        You can either use the free proxies or the paid ones. If you go to preferences -> search safety settings -> proxy rotation in SEO SpyGlass you can search for free public proxies there and use them. However, there is a chance that free proxies will be already blocked in Google as they are frequently abused. So you could purchase a list of exclusive proxies and use them in the rotation, that would be the ultimate search safety measure.

        However human emulation (enabled in preferences -> search safety settings -> human emulation) might be enough for your use. To go easier on Google you can separate different tasks in time, that is harvest backlinks, and after 10 minutes update PR etc.
