This is probably the reason why it is very good to take note that a lot of people now appreciate the work of SEO companies and professionals. When you make some change in your site it call On page optimization. Some of the things we are doing in on page like: Website Analysis, Keyword Research, Preparing meta tags, Robot.txt, Image Optimization, Heading tags and Content optimization.

Off page optimisation is doing things off site to improve your sites search engine rankings. The only thing you can do off site to incraese your rankings is build up more links. More links will generally lead to better Google PageRank and better search engine rankings. Here are some of the things which we are doing for Off page like: Directory Submission, Article Submission, Social Bookmarking, Press Release, Classifieds, Forum Posting, Blog Posting, Blog Commenting, Video Promotion, etc..

On-page optimisation (on-page SEO) is what can be done on the pages of a website to maximise its performance in the search engines for target keywords related to the on-page content.Example- change in design, coding(html),image optimization, url rewriting etc.

Off-page optimisation (off-page SEO) is what can be done off the pages of a website to maximise its performance in the search engines for target keywords related to the on-page content and keywords in off-page direct-links. Example-Article posting, press release, forum posting, directory submission, book marking, link building etc.

On page optimization is done on the website itself like creating inner links, inserting keywords, proper title, description tag...etc

Off page optimization is just like promoting your site on other websites.

Since approximately 25% of visits are based on the content of the site, on-page optimization helps you to create relevant content that will attract the search engine spiders and human visitors alike. It will also help you to modify keyword frequency in your website URL, Title, Hypertext Links, Headings, and the body of the text.

Off-page optimization helps your site to get high ranking inbound links. Over 75% of your traffic is based on inbound links.

On page is all about relevancy, whereas off page is all about popularity. SEO is a 2 way street, wherein a site can never rank highly with just doing one. Both on-page and off-page should work together to get rankings. But you know, both have something in common It all depends on one principle, the trust that the on page and off page optimization efforts can present, not only to search engines, but to users as well.

On page seo is more than just the finding and placing of a few keywords. Related words to your keywords that are used throughout the text help the search engines determine the topic of the page and its quality and relevance. This is called LSI and is becoming more important in the se's algorithms.

      Cheers

        Hi hope this work.

On page SEO optimization is what you call, or if you are trying to optimize your website. Like for example, when your right click on your website and view source, you will see how it structure some html codes. Like the Meta tags, the description and keywords.

Not only that you also add a h1 tag, h2 tag, and so on.. Definitely you should optimize your page. Now that's what you call on page optimization.

Think also a captivating headline or keyword phrases or targeted keywords so that it easy for google to crawl your site.

Try also to use anchor text link. It means, when you see a word click here that blue clickable link will take you to other page. Make sure also you add it to your article blog like example: In your paragraphs try to highlight a keyword or create a clickable link on specific keyword so every time some one reads on your article they just don't have to stuck on your signature link but also on your body tag along w/ anchor text link. Now that's what I call On page SEO optimization.

You shouldn't also forget the off page optimization. What it mean by that, is try to use or post more backlinks to social media site, blog, forum, and video sharing sites. It will build a good long term backlink to your site.

I know this is time consuming but you have to think first what niche your into before diving in to internet marketing.

Quit of being perfect just do it!

        Hope this might help.

And lately as well (for example in videos) it is very important not just how many backlinks you have, but how much you engage your visitors with your content (comments, rates, time watching it, etc...)

On-page optimization includes all activities performed on your site...whatever you can do on it. Like website design, content, linking structure, keyword usage, description etc

Off-page optimization includes all activities performed on other sites for your site..like submitting an article with your link inside content or commenting for the purpose of gaining backlink for your site. Off-page optimization includes linkbuilding activities like blog commenting, forum posting, directory submission, social bookmarking, web 2.0 creation etc.

Off-page optimization is the most important part of SEO because if you are looking for Organic traffic (traffic from search engines) then you have to consider this part of optimization seriously. Content is King, no doubt, but still you have to do off-optimization (link building) to improve/maintain your site ranking in search engines like Google.

You have to make a combination of different linkbuilding techniques in order to give natural look to your linkbuilding campaign. If you go for only High PR linkbuilding then it will definitely hurt your site. So make a combination with low PR or '0' PR backlinks, directory submission or profile links are the best option in this regard.

I hope these tips will be helpful to you

    Thanks
