should I link all them for pages to each other with anchortext etc, and then link all of them to the home page? Should the homepage link to any page?

You could just use a sitemap (google likes this), linking each page to one another, and then maybe one or two links in articles, but no more I would say unless you have mass information like wikipedia

20% internal 80% external, concentrate on obtaining high quality, relevant backlinks

      Hi,
From what you have said, if your home page is site.com, you are optimizing this for your main keyword. There are four other pages, a, b, c and d.

On the home page, as part of the global navigation (horizontal menu at the top), you can have menu items

      Home PageA PageB PageC PageD

These links will appear on every page of the site. Hope this is what you asked.
