SEO Book Toolbar Question

Hello and thanks in advance for your help.
I have submitted three email addresses to SEO Book dot com in an effort to receive a download link for their SEO Toolbar. They never send the link. Spam filters are not intercepting the emails.
I have submitted two support tickets with no response from their support team. Is this typical, or has anyone heard of problems they may be having with their web site?
If anyone knows of a direct download link where one can download the SEO Book SEO Toolbar without having to receive an email with the link I would be grateful for the URL.

EDIT: Got it sorted out. Comcast was blocking emails from a couple IM companies. To their credit they responded to an email from me and even had a Tech call me twice and got the problem fixed.
