I am targeting low competitive keywords for my web promotion but they are not providing any type of benefit in website promotion.My website SERP in still on 2nd page from last 7 days it is not improving even after so many link building. I am unable to understand the reason behind. Why the low competitive keyword taking so much time in achieving rank on first page.

    You need more links or more relavent content. Also maybe the keyword is not such low competition afterall?

      Does google tell you to do more link building for your site?

      I dont know you made irrelevent links for your site but I am sure with link building your link page will have few irrelevent links.

      Why you dont read Google guildlines to get ranking. Link building is good method but not sufficent for improving SERP

    I have the same case like this but all i need is to do blast..please check also keyword competition.. you can do article sub., blog com. and social net. to blast your site.

    How new are your links? Have they been crawled yet? Does Google / Bing see these links?

    There's many factors that may affect what's happening here.

    I think the keyword you are using is not in a low competition. You need to check this out for good. You can do other marketing strategies not just only a simple link building. By the way, if ever I found a solution, I'll share it to you.
