Can anyone guide me to adsense tips on ad size and placement.

Which is the best ad size to get more clicks ?

Where to place the ads so as to get most clicks ?

Thanks,

Depends on your website. Some like to blend them in the content with 400x400.

I personally work with 120x600 and 468x60 on this website:
    Consolidating Student Loans

Yes, there's no such thing as "best ad size" & "best ad placement" for all sites.
Much of it depends on site layout, esp. which parts of the page are "hot".

250x250 and big size than this will be good

Depends on your website, according to me, the most successful size is the large rectangle 336*280

For me I like using the top 772 skyscraper along with 336x280 large rectangle right below articles. This has been consistently getting me a great CTR %.

2 ads has also been more effective for me than 3.

336x280 large rectangle is what i am gonna go with for 2 of the 3 ads on my page.

This is also what google suggested me -> 336x280 !

I was just researching this myself, but found that almost everyone (if you Google it) recommends testing 336x280 ABOVE the content by itself. Some are saying a 20% increase in CTR.

The whole thing is you have to test for your site and set of keywords.

It depends on your site! There's no such thing as best place or size. The best adsense should be able to blend in with the content.
