Google Merchant Centre lets the big boys play

*Your UPC contains too many leading zeros. To correct this, remove the leading zeros, so that your UPC conforms to the standard number of digits for your region. For more information, see google.com/support/merchants/bin/answer.py?answer=160161
hmmmmm then why ban me and not the big boys which led me to find out something rather odd. Check this search out for instance :-
This game God of War 3 on the ps3 is where the big boys are in there own special category (no small shops here)

see the UPC has a 0 on the beginning when it shouldn't be there. Notice how there is only 14 shops selling and it seems to be the big players e.g play.com etc. Now i did a copy of 200 products with the same UPC as these guys and i got banned within a day for adding the 0 at the beginning.
Notice the title has play.com in it
How are they getting away with this ??? This is just one example, this seems to be wide spread and with most games that there seems to be a special GTIN code for the big boys only.
Any help is much appreciated
