When To Index A New Domain

I have dozens of new domains that I am looking to build over the next few months. At present, they have nothing on them, just a blank blog Wordpress page for example.
My question is, do I index these on Google now in order to at least start building up a bit of "time". I know that the "age" of a domain doesn't start until Google indexes it. Therefore, if I index it now with nothing on it (or just a couple of keyword related sentences but no actual real content or structure) is this beneficial, or is it harmful as Google will just see nothing of interest and this will harm me when I come to actually putting real content on there?
