Auto RSS poster

Hi,

I want to use an Auto RSS poster for Wordpress plugin that will post niche news to my website as a Post.

I will leave a link to the website (nofollowed) on each news article I automatically submitted to my own website.

Is this strategy harmful for my website? It's duplicate content.

This whay I want to keep my website a little bit alive. Otherwise it will be just a 15-page niche website that is static.

    I actually tried doing that, be sure to change the time it posts something. Coz if it posts too often, it'll look spammy and you might get flagged for that.
