Guys i really don't get it , keyword research

Hey

I found a few long tail keywords with 10.000 per month
If i search those keywords using "" like "my keyword" i can only find 4 pages,yes 4 pages.
How is that ? Shall i create blog/etc with those keywords?
Why am i asking this,because if i search for my keyword without using "" 80% that appear on the first page are websites like yahoo,squidoo,etc,nothing relevant with SEO optimized only for that keyword.
If i do a blog with keyword in name/article/body do i have a chance? because of only 4 pages?

    Assuming you used the Google Adwords Keyword Tool, make sure you check the "Exact" match search results. I think you'll be very surprised by the results.

    You are obviously searching for a keyword that has very low search volume.

    If no one is searching for those keywords, then I wouldn't bother creating a site targeting them.

    If there are pages optimized for that keyword - it can be a good sign. But yes, make sure there are atleast 1000 searches per month (exact).

    Besides this, you may want to make sure that the CPC is over $1 (unless you have something else in mind).
