Do Javascript links pass link juice

Hi Guys
Just wondering. Some navbars for some of my websites are Javascript. I wondered if Javascript links pass link juice? Do any of you know? Or should I try to keep text links in there instead?
Here are a couple of example sites, I think it's Javascript on the navbar. Correct me if I'm wrong. Web Design, Photo Editing and DTP software | Serif – Inspiring Creativity
