Question on getting backlinks

Besides articles and forums, what are some other ways to promote my site, http://mildaspergers.com? I am working on submitting articles, but what are some ways I can get past yahoo answers as the top page in the search results?

you need high pr blog comments, link pyramids, wiki links, and video syndication with a link in the description, also you can do geust blog posting and link exchange. Also try web directories which is different from article directories. I use diverse platforms and diverse anchor text to stay away from the penguin penalty. Also a big trick a lot of so called seo's don't want anyone to know is Google has a link to traffic ratio. If you get more links than you get unique visitors this looks very unnatural with your link portfolio. So get ten times the traffic as you do inbound links and use diverse anchor text and this will appear natural and give a great organic jump in the search engines.
