Basically I am making a site that is both English and Thai, I was wondering from an SEO perspective is it better to have "www.bananapuddings.com/th/บริการ" or "www.bananapuddings.com/บริการ/?lang=th?

Any thoughts,

Thanks in advance!!!!

The percentage of keywords in the page url should be higher for maximizing the SEO benefits, thus the shorter and more concise the url is, the better the results. As such, I'd go with /th/... it's a lso a "prettier" url.
