SEO, as most of you know, starts with on-site optimization. One big factor some people don't always take into account is the speed at which a website or blog loads.

Here's a great free tool (website) that you can use to analyze your website's loading speed, get recommendations on how to improve and how to do it.

Simply enter your URL and off you go. Some recommendations might seem a bit advanced to some, but nothing a quick Google search can't answer.

      Gee. I never thought I would have to pay to speed up
      my website anyway.

      Website speed is severely overrated as far as ranking goes.

      But, as usual, it gets emphasized here because it's
      easier than working hard at SEO and getting traffic.

      Sure, that's hard, "but nothing a quick Google search can't answer."
