Start A blog Network when lower on funds

When your lower on funds findin a good site is tougher but not impossible.
You should focus on building a lower page rank network of pr 1-3 sites / blogs.
These work amazingly well even better then higher pr in most cases because I can buy more of them for the same prices as one quality pr5.
Too find these I actually go to Digitalpoint and purchase sites in their buy sell trade section.
You will often see pr1-3 sites selling for $10-80 and they come with a full website.
This is actually safer then buying a dropped domain name.
I run each potential buy through SEO SpyGlass Backlink Checker Software: X-Ray Your Competition. I am looking for sites with 5 or more page rank backlinks (the more the better obviously) I also check manually to ensure they are still active n don't look like they are purchased.
If it seems like a good deal I will buy the site.
I still scratch the sites I buy like this an create new content related to my money sites niche as this is what google is looking for.
I usually use Wordpress to do this an I create 5-10 blog posts related to the new site content. For instance I have an automotive money site.
I will re-create these page rank sites to be about (movies that have cars in them, green an hybrid cars, old classic cars, car insurance, car company news) and other topics like that. General niches. I also hire content writers on fiverr. Generally if you order 5 articles they will give you the 6th free.
I then keep each site hosted on its own shared hosting account with seperate ips (this is kinda exspensive but it's worth it trust me).
