Buffer sites best practices

Hello, can somebody please explain me how to do buffer sites or pages correctly?

I know that using buffer sites to pass link juice can help rank your money site, and you can blast those buffer sites with tons of scrapebox backlinks without getting your money site slapped by google.

However I would like to fully understand how to do this buffer sites properly.

Lets say:

1) Create a blog in tumblr, wordpress, etc, etc and post articles there linking to your money site using your anchor texts.
2) Create 2.0 web profiles (in sites like the ones I mentioned above) linking to your money site with anchor texts.
3) Create a self-hosted wordpress site with different domain, and publish articles there(for your different niches) with your links and anchor texts...

Is this correct?
Please share best practices

Thanks a lot

Another question, if I have a personal blog that I would like to rank higher in google... just to have more visitors and readers... Should I use the same method of using buffer sites? Or could I create backlinks using scrapebox directly to the blog... or maybe to the blogpages?

    Thanks.

I wrote this post on link laundering/using buffer sites here: Avoiding SEO Penalties Through Link Laundering

Basically, there isnt really a correct way to do it, but the theory is to create properties on Good, trusted domains and then juice these domains with links from less trusted domains (Auto links).

Generally speaking i make my lower tier links contextual links (Web 2.0's, Wikis, Articles, Blog posts).

I then throw the kitchen sink at them (Mass comments, forum profiles, social bookmarks, web 2.0 profiles).

This kills it and i have been doing this for over a year now. Very few penalties. The only sites that i lost were one page wonders.

    Make sure you diversify anchors.

    Thats pretty much it.

      Thanks man.

So to create the lower tier contextual links (buffer sites)... you create wordpress blogs, web2.0 profiles, wikis, articles, etc, manually?

For example in my personal blog I have a auto social poster plugin.. it automatically post each article to: facebook, twitter, delicious and stumbleupon. And I could set it to do the same for blogger, tumblr, and other sites... (my posts always include internal linking)

So do you recommend blasting the hell out of those lower tier urls... ? am I correct?

Can you give me some examples of the sites you use to create this lower tier urls?

      thanks

Nah, i don't have enough time to create them manually. I use spun content but it reads perfectly to humans, it's not gibberish crap.

You can either do it yourself, get someone to do it (They nearly always **** it up), or use a service like ultra spinable articles or articlebuilder.

        My lower tier is basically:
        • Se nuke links - Web 2.0's, Wikis, etc
        • "Manually" submitted articles/mass submitted articles.
        • Blog network links.
        • Mass web 2.0's (Rankwyz).

I also have my own private blog network which consists of purchased PR domains (Then blasted with links).

You can mix in stuff like link buys as well if you want or do some whitehat stuff as well.

I pretty much kill it. I am well aware this is risky. Thats why i diversify. I would not do this if you own just one site and cant afford casualties. However for me, the risk is worth the reward (Im doing good right now).

You can minimize risk by leaving out the public blog networks.
