Keyword Extractor?

I am needing to take some content of some articles and extract out or find keywords based on this content that will ultimately translate over to the most likely clicks for SEO and YouTube searches. Is there a tool or a method for accomplishing this?
Ie, I take a URL that I want to analyze (hopeful for something better than AdWords keyword tool), feed it in and out returns SEO keyword suggestions, YouTube keyword suggestions and so forth for the article.
I then will either go in and reoptimize the copy content or try other various tactics to push into more meaningful or niche searches based on these results.
