My CTR wavers between 1.5 and 2.5%, so I think this is good!

A good CTR really depends on the niche. My CTR on my websites ranges from 0.8 - 15%.

A higher CTR is not always good. You can increase your CTR several folds if you give the user poor quality content. There's always a reason for a higher CTR and google will catch on sooner or later.

What I'm saying is, don't chase a higher CTR above a certain level, it could be that the average level of a certain niche is 3% and another is 10%. If you want more money, drive more traffic.
