Is it possible to have this ?

Like if you have a website about " dog training "

and you target the keywords

dog training texas
dog training NY
dog training ect

When users hit it in google it changes to the search they made ?

    Very possible

You would just need to learn some php and then you'd be set. There's plenty of basic tutorials available on the internet.

On wordpress? Really didn't try this, but I am almost 99% sure that you can't change this if you use a FREE template. I would advice you make your own or start a PHP website that Steve recommended
