Silo Question

Hey guys,
for silo site owners, when interlinking child pages of a given silo, do you make sure to link more often to certain child pages that you feel can rank easier than other child pages or do you distribute your interlinking evenly throughout the silo. Example, If you have a landing page for Ford cars, and a list of child pages focusing on certain types of car under the Ford brand, would you link more of your child pages to the child page you create on the F150 because it is a very popular make of truck?

    IMO each internal link is basically a vote for the page.

    Do you try to make a certain number of links for each child page that lead to other child pages? I ask this because I am wondering if having too many interlinks, can this dilute the link juice being passed from child page to child page if there are too many?

      I point links at the pages I want ranked. I don't think you can have too many internal links, as long as both pages are relevant you should be fine. Obviously you don't want anything looking spammy.

    I think what Yukon is saying is, link to the pages tat are relevant. It doesn't pay a whole lot to link to pages that are not relevant. They wo be like lacing your link to an apple ite on comments of n orange site. Thy might help some, but more likely look Sammy.
