Its hard to rank it but its not impossible. You have to maintain it very well.

I just found a service provider on another forum that is selling a service where they get your weebly site ranked - So im guessing it must have it's advantages over other sites. Advantages such getting it to rank quickly. The service provider is also providing this service using other web 2.0 properties too.

You might have better luck ranking a Google sites easier than Weebly. Though any site on a Google property is more easily indexed and ranked.

I have never use weebly before but yes you can get top ranking on SERP. You need to remember about all the new updates and focus on the quality of work.

It used to be VERY easy to rank Weebly sites, as well as other high trust web 2.0s. However, Google caught onto this fixed the issue about 8-12 months ago.

You can still rank Weebly pages, but they won't rank as fast as they used to and if you SPAM them too hard, Weebly will take down your page.
