Hi WF,

How many of you are using a project management tool to manage client seo projects?

and have you find that it increases your team's productivity more or actually got in the way and reduced your team's productivity?

We use to use DropBox but with multiple team members accessing the same files it lead to many duplicate copies and time spent marrying the two just made it less productive and a nightmare.

I then was using Asana and found that it was good but projects would inevitably get delayed and updates would be superficial.

The best remedy is a strong project manager, or someone in control of each facet. If you are doing multiple online marketing tactics for each client, someone that can completely own from start to finish ppc, link buildng (all or some pieces), and then send to yourself/directly to a client is the most time saving, and sanity saving. It requires a great deal of trust for your team members, and wouldn't recommend if you pay your team as "workers" or treat them as such. Delegate correctly.

Check out TeamBox, now called RedBooth.

I switched to it last year from Basecamp.
