Need Help with my Adsense Account

Hi, Guys,

Hope you all are doing great. Recently After much struggle, I have got approved adsense account through Youtube monetization. So, Its a Hosted Account. Now i want to upgrade my adsense account to normal. For This I need your help. I try use my blog hxxp://webtalkerz.com for upgrading my adsense account. So, I request you all to please take a look to my site and tell me that will it fit for Adsense. If Not, Then What type of improvements I have to made with my site.

Any help will highly appreciable.

Tips officially from Google to get your AdSense account aproved. Visit these two links, read everything, make changes to your site and apply. No one can stop your site from getting approved.

I don't know what is the exact problem with my site and Google does not clearly state it. Always rejected by "Site does not comply with Google policies." Any help Guys.
