Google Shopping Campaigns For Low Margins

Hello Warriors,
I currently make on average £4 profit per sale on my google shopping campaign.
Because of my tight margins I am only able to pay £0.03 or £0.04 per click in order to make money.
This is resulting in around 700 impressions per day which gives me about 6 or 7 clicks per day.
Is there any way to increase the impressions I am getting? because I am only getting 1 or 2 sales/week out of this campaign and only receiving 18% impression share.
At the moment I have about 2000 products listed, but I don't assign them categories, will this make a difference?
Also could I just create copies of my product listings for each country? or would I have to translate all the listings?
