If you did that, then you would have gotten a refund... as we said, it's an automatic process. Depending on your credit card company, it can take up to 20 business days to appear on your statment.

Sure, there is a 2 week holding period between when the sales are made and when you are paid, so you are paid the 3rd week for any sales made 2 weeks prior.
