how will a flash header hurt my ranking. I will have the same content with tags and everything. I get my traffic from backlinking anyway. I am ranked for words that are not even on my site.

Try to do that for a domain, pick a domain and try to do it. See how many edu sites a domain has.

If it was that easy, they track ip address, cookies, you name it they track it. Phone numbers are at least or your worries. Not a good idea about the phone number.
