In my website my keywords are placed only in Meta keywords
But Not Placed in Website Content Is there is any Issues??? For Search Engine Rankings

When Keyword is not included in the content. Is there any issues Occured for Google Ranking?

Some of the keywords are Ranked but Some of the Keywords are not in Ranked So Say any ideas???
