Got it. I found an app called interval timer. Now I set it for 30 minutes and I get a gentle gong every 6 minutes ... it's a complete repurposing but works fantastic!

I feel a little overwhelmed. I have a few websites, but one in particular that gets a decent amount of traffic. So I'll probably start with that one. It gets around $50-$150 per month adsense revenue...
