Yeah it definitely comes down to the license that comes with the PLR. Some PLR licenses do not allow you to change your name, or they require you to change the PLR in order to do so, so just check...

I agree, and I think there is nothing that is truly set and forget unless maybe you hire someone to manage your business who is trained to do all that you mentioned and other executive tasks.
