Always locally backup both your html and your database. If backing up your database is too advanced for you, ask your hosting company if they offer a daily backup service.

I agree with the others. Longevity = more money. If you can prove your site has been earning that every month for the past year, you could probably get more than 20K.

I don't think anyone will give up their LPs - at least not profitable ones. Just do a G search for your product and click on the ads to learn how others are doing it.
