Super you got it done, just remember, as I understand it, resetting to the older version of PHP is not a "fix", merely a temporary solution...

I'll be following basic instructions inasmuch to 'create' a child theme only.
According to what I've found, this should preserve my theme's (child)...

They sent out an email notice ahead of time about the upcoming change.
It directed me to log in an "test" my site compatibility by changing the PHP version
and and then to manually...

Perhaps you could try something like tineye and do a reverse image search?
The times I've used it, it returned the url's of where it found dupes. Might not be too
hard to weed out the source.
