I guess I'll have to get use to the "New Toy" to appreciate it... still prefer the Old tool. Thanks guys for posting ... will check on the "help" section and reconfigure my brain to work...

Oh! it's call "Keyword Planner" and here is what Google says "With Keyword Planner, we've combined the functionality of Keyword Tool and Traffic Estimator to make it easier to plan search campaigns....

Hi Richard a good source is Clickbank. There are niches that are divide into various categories according to the niches you may be looking for. Don't go though too many sources it just confuse you...
