Yep, i did the testing my placing the special offers or discount offers, but not that much effect as i was expecting. But doing adowrds testing is a best way i think to judge the actual traffic

None of the sites have some enticing title or description for a keyword am ranking for. All of them have <keyword, keyword, keyword>

Yes i do agree, mostly am looking to build some niche sites for those keywords which have actually fair exact searches every month, i don't have any issue having site which has just 10 or 50 exact...

You can host as many sites as you can 10 or 1000 whatever, just make sure not to interlink more than 6 sites within your network...this is what most ppl do
