If you use Firefox, then you can use an Add-on Extension called 'SEO Global For Google Search'

Just select the Country you want from the drop-down menu and a new Tab will open with your results.

This is correct. Some Banks are not linked with Paypal. Some allow you to use your Debit Card to pay via Paypal, but not receive. Best is you check with your Bank.

I had errors when I tried to upload the Database, so much so that only 5 files uploaded [ I notice my other Blogs have 10]. wp_users is not there....
