It looks like SEO Powersuite can go 1000 deep if you set it to 1000. Many of the rank trackers go only 100 deep. I found SerpFox that goes 500. It's an online thing.

SerpFox can get rankings down to 500,
SEO-Powersuite can go down to 1,000,
LongTailPro 500,
AuthorityLabs only 100.
