You want a wysiwyg editor with pre-set templates? :P Try a CMS like
wordpress. You could pick up how to use wordpress or joomla within
a 1/2 a day.

Well the thing about semrush is it just shows you rankings from what
it knows off of the last time it's database was updated for those
keywords. So it is off many of the times on what a url is...

For checking what your site is ranking for in google, you can't just
plugg in your url and out comes the keywords it's ranking for. No
software can do this because it would take a supercomputer...
