Also, be wary of 'video producers'. Most of them believe they have 'special skills'. Get a semi pro from Craigslist to set you up a storyboard and script - you should be able to produce a good...

You don't need half your video devoted to the team. Your spokesperson can introduce each one with a pic and a _short_ rap of their qualifications and what they contribute to your gig.

I'm a Kickstarter pro. Your videos don't need to be professional - just honest, well lit, good audio and not boring. Also, not very long - 2 min max.
