Google looks cautiously at a lot of traffic with small CTR. If you're getting thousands and thousands of visitors and only a few clicks, to them, it can look suspicious. I would assume most people...

Did you differentiate the accounts? As in: Different names, addresses, emails, phone number, SSN/EIN etc...
