Looking for Ecommerce Partner

I have 2 sites (and potential for more) that I need a partner to help me with.

Both sites get over 3000 uniques a month mostly from google.
I am good at finding sites with awesome traffic and doing SEO, but I have no time to make the money from the site and would like a partner to help me out.
Recently I had a furniture dropship site that I sold for 7k after 3 months so you can see the potential here. I need someone who can find a good affiliate/dropship/wholesale relationship and add products to the site. I am happy to help with day to day running of the site, traffic and cost.
All profit will be split 50/50. Preferably the partner will be from Australia as that is where the sites will be based.
