looking for JV partner, have track record and products

Currently have four products as well as a consulting gig which I dont believe is being done elsewhere. Website needs work, products being finished up and listed on Clickbank... currently doing sporadic, on demand consulting but candidly, being held back because lack of funds forces me to use outsourcers and luck with them has been horrible. Time is becoming a major issue.
I have a great track record and a record of performance that is based totally on fact, not fiction. Plus, it is interesting as hell.
I have a great hook with the products, great stories, not to mention the potential of phenomenal profitability.
I need someone with some technical ability who wants to get involved and is flexible with payment in the beginning. I expect that I will be ready with CB within 30 days and the balance within 45 to 60. I have a salesman for upper bracket consulting gigs ... I simply lack a partner of some sort as well as technical support.
I want to have some fun with this project and am not looking to make millions although my last project ( which validates this one ) certainly did.

The products and consulting gigs are oriented toward small business and obviously that is a huge marketplace. I do not believe that anyone ( that I am aware of ) has approached the market in this direction. Testimonials have been superb although they do not exist in huge quantity ( otherwise I would not be writing here...LOL )
I would be happy to send my introductory book and all info so that you can evaluate yourself... but please send details initially on what you can provide as well. Talent, creativity and a willingness to succeed and work are a lot more important than money here.
