I am very good at building website quick, but I can't seem to get good pagerank, so these optimized sites just sit there, not reaching their potential.

If you are an expert at getting backlinks and want to potential JV, send me a PM and give me some idea of what you think you could do.

Maybe we can work out some sort of JV where I build the site, host it, and write/gather content, while you promote the heck out of it and get tons of backlinks.
