article submission sites or manually? thanks

Any help would be appreciated thank you. I'm beginning to write articles for submission. Is there any submission service worth investing in to distribute the articles or should I just do it manually (so time consuming) and if so, which are the best sites to submit to.

    All the submissions should be done manually. Manual submissions results in developing quality links.
    Its better to go for quality rather than for quantity.

      Thats true you should manually submit articles on quality sites which are having higher PR and popular as well.

    Target directories like ezine, articlebase, articlecity and amazines and many more.
    These are just the top level (high PR) directories.

    No need to do it manually. It's tedious and time consuming. I use Easy Push Button Traffic. The owner of this site is one of Internet Marketing experts. Awesome site and you can submit videos, podcasts, and press releases too to lots of sites. Hope this helps.

    You should do it semi-automatically. I use iMacros in Firefox to submit to the top 25 article sites and to my blogs. You can also go on full automatic mode if you want to with iMacros. I submit unique versions of my articles for maximum effect. Using article spinners or sending out the same article to every site is a waste of time. You can use a spinner and edit all your spun articles to ensure that they are informative and not trash. I hate it when I have to reject an author from my article site because they are sending me trash. Google iMacros.

    i think a compbination of both works great. I use softwares to submit to 'minor' article directories (these are like bonus to me), and manually submit to the best 10 or 15 article directories, all original content on each

    Both work well but I use a program called Article Post Robot and its great. It takes a while to set up and to sign up to all of the sites but well worth it in the end

    Submitting them manually would be your best bet. However, if you have a great volume of articles i would go with a submission software. It just depends what level you are on. Some article programs will even re-write your articles for you...which i only recommend if you aren't a bigger company or have people working for you. If you are a bigger company than please write all of your articles organically, it's the BEST way to do it.

    Article submission software tend to submit to so many directories that it sometimes appear as spam to search engines especially if your web site is new.

    It's better to start slowly and build links steadily.

    500 links to your web site at a go can cause the searc engines to wonder what's up.

    I highly recommend manual submission to quality sites with high PR.

    Is there anyone that has used auto article submission software and seen a sudden jump in traffic?
