Flipping Established Websites JV

If you wanted to sell a website some years ago you simply had to put it on flippa or a similar network and you could sell it fairly quickly. But not anymore. Today you need to go that extra mile to make your website ready and also to find potential buyers.

I would like to team up with Warriors that have an established website and that are interested in flipping it. If you're interested, I would start by working with you in order to fine tune your website and make it ready for a deal. Some slight changes can improve your conversion rates or earnings and allow you to get the best price for your website, and that can make all the difference between finding a buyer or not.

I would then actively look for potential buyers and advertise the sale on my own so that we can close a deal and successfully flip your website.

This JV can only work if you have an established website with proven traffic stats and proven earnings.
