Looking for JV partner/manager for product launch

I have a product, its a private membership site, a video course in the MMO/IM niche that I would like to launch. It is a Youtube marketing course with a unique twist. It has a sales funnel: $7 front end, 17$ OTO1, 27$ OTO2, 97$ for OTO3 and Two downsells.

I already have the Sales pages and JV page all built up.
It's in warrior plus.

I need a JV partner/manager to help with attracting affiliates and helping me to launch this product.
I am willing to give 50% of the profits to you. I want to make at least 200-300 sales.

here's the front end sales page
