Business Professional in Need of Programmer

Hello everyone-

I am an accountant and have an idea for a new accounting software/application to increase efficiency for accountants and improve workflow. I have some programming skills myself, but not enough to complete this project. I'm looking for a skilled programmer who would like to partner up in this endeavor. The project will consist of integrating a number of API's from existing accounting software and a few other platforms as well.

I'm not looking for solicitation from existing web design companies, I want a true JV to have someone with through the application life cycle and to be there for support and updates etc.

I'm able to finance the project and just need some programming help.

    I have a few programmers who are willing to work as performance based. They get a cut when you make the money.

      the program is in VB.NET , approximately 6000/7000 lines , i need a programmer who will assist with a little more development / improvement , it has a couple of errors i am sure .
